OF FATHERHOOD AND SONSHIP: Ministry leaders who raise a generation of other leaders and then either abandon them or silence them because they feel their domain is under threat or because sending them out will reduce their strength, are similar to Fathers who raise sons and supress them instead of releasing them to expand family tree.
